I was engaged during the start-up phase of the company and quickly became a core member of the management team defining the strategy and business plan. I led the development and launches of three product portfolios, the installation of warehouse security infrastructure and supporting IT systems. My role included implementing operational and quality processes to meet stringent regulatory requirements. The business became profitable within 18 months of the initial product launches.

As Program Manager for a major Transition Program, I led the Sydney University expansion initiative into the Westmead Health Precinct as part of an overall $1 billion redevelopment project. Key to this role was effectively managing stakeholder relationships across a complex partnership model and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure and technology projects which relocated staff and students into new ABW workplaces and formal learning spaces, supporting innovative teaching formats.

 Engaged to lead the Technology Stream of a Workplace of the Future Program, which involved relocating the head offices of PWC in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. I established a PMO and governance framework for 16 projects, including infrastructure and AV fit-outs, application development, and system integration. The team delivered enhanced user experiences in ABW environments, exceeding expectations in performance and functionality. All projects were completed on time and within budget, with a smooth transition to business-as-usual support.
